The Opportunity :

We’re seeking a seasoned Litigation Legal Secretary to join our Los Angeles office. You’ll support a dynamic group of attorneys in a busy, fast-paced civil litigation practice. Our legal secretaries are valued as the backbone of the team — organized, proactive professionals who keep cases moving and clients informed. You’ll work alongside experienced paralegals and fellow secretaries who share the workload and collaborate daily.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, edit, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Maintain attorney calendars and court deadlines (state and federal)
• Handle e-filing in multiple jurisdictions
• Organize and maintain case files and document systems
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and travel arrangements
• Assist with billing, expense reports, and administrative tasks
• Support multiple attorneys within a well-staffed, team-oriented department
