Growing firm seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join their growing team in Charlotte!

We offer a very competitive compensation structure including excellent benefits, bonuses, 401k w / company matching and a great opportunity for growth within the company!

Base pay range

$125,000.00 / yr - $165,000.00 / yr

Job Details

Requirements

  • Active CPA license
  • Minimum of 9 tax seasons working with privately held companies in public accounting
  • Minimum of 4 tax seasons as a manager in public accounting performing technical review of work

Preferred

  • Experience with business clients $5-$50+ million in revenue
  • Industry knowledge for construction / contractors, real estate, and / or professional services
  • Motivated to be an advisor to a variety of clients with varying skill levels
  • Expertise in areas including income tax planning, estate and gift planning, international tax, and tax controversy
  • Seeking opportunities to guide and foster team members towards their technical and career goals
