Trilyon is seeking a highly skilled Niche SCM Digital Procurement Zycus / Varicent Specialist to support enterprise digital procurement and supply chain modernization. In this role, the Niche SCM Digital Procurement Zycus / Varicent Specialist will focus on system configuration, workflow optimization, procurement automation, and ensuring seamless integration across supply chain applications.

The Niche SCM Digital Procurement Zycus / Varicent Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes, implement digital solutions, support platform enhancements, and provide functional expertise on Zycus procurement technology or Varicent-driven process automation. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital procurement solutions.

As a key contributor, the Niche SCM Digital Procurement Zycus / Varicent Specialist will support system upgrades, test functionalities, resolve issues, and ensure optimal usage of digital procurement tools to strengthen operational efficiency and strategic sourcing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities : Digital Procurement & Platform Management

Configure, manage, and optimize Zycus procurement modules and / or Varicent tools.

Support digital procurement transformation projects from requirement gathering through deployment.

Ensure platform integrity, data consistency, and streamlined end-to-end procurement workflows.

Process Optimization & Technical Support

Analyze supply chain business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.

Troubleshoot system issues, track defects, and coordinate solutions with technical teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.

System Integration & Testing

Coordinate system integrations between procurement tools and other enterprise platforms.

Perform system testing, UAT, and validation of new features or updates.

Ensure all integrations follow governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.

Collaboration & Documentation

Partner with procurement, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business goals.

Prepare SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.

Provide user support, training sessions, and best practices guidance.

Required Qualifications :

Strong experience with Zycus procurement modules and / or Varicent platform tools .

Expertise in digital procurement, supply chain management, and workflow automation.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable solutions.

Experience with system testing, integrations, and configuration.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in broader SCM digital transformation initiatives.

Background in enterprise procurement strategy and analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
