Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders repair logs and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service to property owners tenants and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments new technologies and best practices in HVAC maintenance
• Requirements

Skills

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heating ventilation and air conditioning principles

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work at heights in confined spaces and in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment

Proficiency in using hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment
