We are seeking a Coordinator, Business Development to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.

About the Role :

The Coordinator, Business Development plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our health care services. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure that business development efforts are effectively integrated into our overall operations. By analyzing market trends and competitor activities, the coordinator will provide valuable insights that inform decision-making and strategy formulation. Ultimately, this role is essential in enhancing our service offerings and increasing our market presence in the health care sector.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business development or a related role within the health care industry.
Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Management.

Experience with project management and strategic planning in a health care setting.

Responsibilities :

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities and service offerings.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
