Recruiting Manager

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead a recruiting team to develop and implement a multi-state talent acquisition strategy Elevate the employer brand through engagement on recruiting platforms and targeted hiring events Design and implement key performance indicators for the recruiting team to ensure alignment with hiring goals Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years in high-volume call center recruiting 2+ years of leadership experience in a recruiting function Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations Proficiency in using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Office Suite
