What We Offer
The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $62186 - $82397. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to :

Location
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed at a job site several days a week and off-site as this position you can expect to work from the Arie P. Taylor Municipal Center (4685 Peoria St. Denver CO 80239) 3 days per week and off site / work from home 2 days per week. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

The Family and Adult Assistance Division is looking for a Human Services professional with diverse workforce management program planning and implementation this role you will be expected to pay close attention to urgent deadlines and be goal-oriented in encouraging your team as a performance manager to process tasks in a timely manner promote accurate and thorough quality assurance and customer service and stay updated on policy and procedure changes at the federal state and county level. Most importantly you will be expected to maintain a positive leadership approach that fosters an ideal workplace environment where employees can share ideas and grow within the agency.
