We are seeking a Land Development Engineer to lead civil design for K-12 schools commercial retail and institutional projects. This role includes stormwater management utility design permitting and collaboration with architects developers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead design calculations and project drawings
- Prepare engineering analysis reports and stormwater designs
- Manage permitting and agency approvals
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
