About The Role
We're looking for an Accounting Manager to help build and scale our finance operations as we put $145M in fresh capital to work. You'll partner directly with our CFO to establish the systems, processes, and controls that support our growth from 50+ employees to the next stage. This role is perfect for someone who wants significant ownership over accounting operations at a rapidly scaling startup with complex enterprise deals.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day accounting operations including month-end close, AP / AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Build and refine accounting processes and internal controls as we scale
- Handle complex revenue recognition for multi-year enterprise contracts and platform licensing deals
- Partner with the CFO on financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
- Support the transition from outsourced bookkeeping to fully internal finance operations
- Prepare for external audits and establish audit-ready processes
- Lay groundwork for international expansion accounting requirements
