Regional Director of Operations

Miami, FL (Travel Across South Florida) | Base Salary : $120,000–$130,000 Annually + Potential Bonus

We’re seeking a results-focused, hands-on operator to oversee a small portfolio of select-service hotels in South Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-property leadership position and wants to make a measurable impact.

About the Role

This position reports directly to executive leadership and is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of multiple select-service properties. The Regional Director will guide hotel leadership teams, ensure operational consistency, and support the group’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple select-service hotels

Coach and develop General Managers into strong, accountable leaders

Drive performance in areas including P&L, labor management, guest satisfaction, and service standards

Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently

Assist with onboarding and integration of new properties

Qualifications

Proven success in multi-unit hotel operations, preferably select-service

Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure

Clear, team-focused leadership style

Knowledge of the Florida hospitality market preferred, but not required
