Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed on-site inspections of roofing installations.
• Ensure all work meets established quality standards and completion checklists.
• Maintain and apply knowledge of current roofing and venting building codes.
• Generate comprehensive final inspection reports.
• Submit daily field reports to the installation department for documentation and management review.
• Perform minor roofing repairs as needed.
• Represent the company with professionalism, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site installation issues effectively.
• Serve as the main point of contact for repair and leak concerns in the Eugene territory.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture through collaboration, communication, and integrity.
