Description :

Innovative Air is hiring an HVAC Apprentice Installer to work alongside our experienced Journeyman team on commercial and light industrial projects throughout Oregon. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work and great benefits. You'll gain hands-on experience installing complete mechanical systems including rooftop units, ductwork, and ventilation equipment.

Responsibilities :

Assist Journeyman installers with HVAC equipment and duct installation

Help set units, curbs, hang duct, and seal systems to code

Organize tools, materials, and maintain a clean job site

Learn to read and follow mechanical plans and layouts

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications :

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or rooftops

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the trade
