As our next Senior Electrical Engineering Manager and as a member of Strategic Communications Solutions Engineering (ISSE), you will lead a team of 15+ Electrical Engineers whose charter is to design, develop, test, and deploy mission critical weapon systems for the United States Navy and Air Force. You will work with leaders that are People Focused, have a One Team mentality and are Mission Driven. Our team takes pride in their contributions to the defense and security of the United States. This position is for Richardson, TX.

This position reports to the Strategic Communications Solutions Department Manager and will be working closely with value stream leadership, business development and operations. Success in this role is measured through exceptional program performance combined with leading and developing our people and team to support the near-term and long-term business goals and objectives.

This position is for a highly motivated manager to lead a team of 15+ electrical engineers whose charter is to :

• Design and develop components and sub-systems
• Perform processor board design and backplane design
• Perform timing analysis and signal integrity analysis
• Apply EMI and signal integrity design techniques and analysis

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
