Position Overview :

As a Remote Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing medical support and assistance to our clients and their families. You will work closely with our team of agents trainers and coaches to ensure that our clients receive the best possible medical care and support. This is a full-time remote position meaning you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with our team of agents trainers and coaches to provide medical support and assistance to our clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each client.
• Coordinate medical appointments and treatments for clients as needed.
• Provide emergency medical care and assistance if necessary.
• Communicate with clients and their families to ensure they understand their medical conditions and treatments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and treatments in the sports industry.
• Assist with the development and implementation of injury prevention programs for our clients.
• Work with insurance companies to ensure coverage for medical treatments and procedures.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical information.

Pay Rate : $35-50 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay : $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus : $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule : Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs / week) or Part-time (20 hrs / week)

Work Type : 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
