Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within the hospitality industry. The role requires a proven track record in managing property-level financials, brand reporting, and third-party ownership relations, as well as a strong understanding of hotel P&Ls, forecasting, and industry metrics. Proficiency in hotel financial and accounting systems is essential. The CFO will also be responsible for team leadership and development, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
