We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires healthcare experience and familiarity with Salesforce and Athena EHR systems.

Key responsibilities include :

• Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce and Athena EHR systems to meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
