End User Support Technician

Location : Kansas City, MO

Duration : 6 months+

This position is only open to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders).

C2C (Corp-to-Corp) arrangements will not be considered.

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on helping others? We’re looking for a dependable and tech-savvy End User Support Technician to be the go-to expert for on-site IT support. In this role, you’ll be the face of IT—resolving issues, setting up systems, and keeping operations running smoothly for end users in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for technical support—whether in person, over the phone, or through a ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Support Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Set up hardware, install software, and configure systems for optimal performance
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to internal IT teams when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a calm, professional attitude

Experience :

  • 2–4 years in a desktop support or help desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Familiarity with basic networking and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience in a corporate or enterprise environment is a plus
  • Skills :

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • A customer-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
  • Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and move equipment (up to 30 lbs)
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • May require occasional travel between local office locations
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizens or Green Card holders only)
  • All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
  • Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or technical certification preferred
