Job Posting : Field Resource Supervisor TRUCK REQUIRED

Employment Type : Part Time

Schedule : Monday to Friday. (No weekends!)

Shift Times : 5 : 30 pm shifts typically range for 3-5 hours (15-20 hours per week)

Salary : $25-$30 an hour

Location : El Paso County, Colorado Springs, Colorado (Applicants must be willing and able to travel throughout the county for work) This position includes a reimbursement for mileage driven for work. The reimbursement rate is calculated according to the standard mileage rate set by the IRS, which is subject to change annually.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Resources Supervisor & Trainer to lead and train service technicians in door-side trash and recycling removal for multi-family residential communities. This role combines leadership, field operations, compliance, and training to ensure high-quality, consistent service.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management :

• Supervise WSI Service Technicians across multiple properties.
• Arrange substitute coverage and provide direct support for shifts as needed.
• Monitor performance and enforce company procedures and service standards.
