Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource needs. Monitor and manage project budgets. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain communication with stakeholders for updates and feedback. Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards. Track and report performance against KPIs and metrics. Facilitate Scrum events : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and remove obstacles to team progress. Coach team on Agile and Scrum principles. Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization. Strong knowledge of GCP and .NET technologies. Experience with cloud development and migration. Ability to lead Agile teams and drive project success. Project Management. Technical Management (GCP, .NET). Experience in Cloud Development and Migration.
Job Description :
Pay Range : $54hr - $59hr
Requirement / Must Have :
- Experience as Developer, Tech Lead before transitioning to Project Manager / Scrum Master.
- Experience in the Retail Domain.
- Production deployment coordination experience.
- JIRA ticket tracking and dashboard creation.
- Microsoft Project Plan.
- Metrics and weekly status reporting.
