Job Title : Facility Maintenance and Sanitation Technician

Job Description

This role involves ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of both interior and exterior spaces within a food manufacturing facility. The technician will be responsible for general cleaning tasks, maintaining equipment, and supporting the facility maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in and around the facility, including work stations and breakrooms.
• Conduct power washing, sweeping, dusting, and blowing tasks.
• Replace soap dispensers, sanitizers, paper dispensers, and small equipment around the facility.
• Regularly inspect, maintain, and fix various grounds equipment.
• Complete maintenance service requests and provide support to the facility maintenance team.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, coworkers, vendors, and the community.
• Actively look for areas where improvement can be made to people safety, food safety, or overall facility performance, and communicate these to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, processes, and SOPs, and participate in a safe and respectful work environment.
• Adhere to all safety rules, GMPs, and company guidelines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to hire position based out of Eugene, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 / hr.
