Senior Structural Project Engineer

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a Senior Structural Project Engineer for our client’s operation near Savannah, GA. Responsibilities :

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with the preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents.
• Resolve technical issues and interface with other engineering disciplines.
• Progress the various projects that you manage.
• Some design, reviewing the work of another engineer, doing research to understand a unique condition more thoroughly, coordinating with the project architect / other consulting engineer / contractor.
• Work with other staff engineers daily by delegating tasks, design or drafting depending on experience level.
• Develop the staff engineers on the technical design side and helping them understand how other disciplines impact structural design.
