We’re looking for a Forklift Operator to join our Production team on 3 rd shift.

This position is vital to production operations and ensures continuous supply to production lines supports inventory control, and upholds a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in food production, has excellent organizational skills, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will get to :

• Operate forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks while following food safety and company handling standards.
• Deliver ingredients and supplies to production lines to support continuous operations.
• Transfer finished products to storage or shipping areas with accurate inventory tracking.
• Assist with inventory tasks including cycle counts, FIFO rotation, and location accuracy.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to resolve material flow issues.
• Follow GMPs, sanitation standards, and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Accurately complete documentation for inventory, shipping, and material movement.
• Conduct forklift inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Participate in safety programs, report potential hazards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and material handling processes.
• Support production operations as needed by performing line tasks, assisting with equipment operation, and maintaining workflow continuity.
