Quality Document Control Specialist

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Quality Document Control Specialist in McCarran, NV!

Pay rate will depend on the skill level / experience, Entry level with basic data entry skills up to $25 / hour.

Job duties :

• Document controller with a few years' experience in the construction / engineering ideal.
• Assist entering purchase orders into Oracle.
• Manage scheduling meetings / job walks through Outlook calendar as job requests come in.
• Create project tickets in Wrike with the incoming job requests.
• Distribute document submittals as they relate to Quality issues and track through close out (special inspection reports, quality certifications. Non-conformance reports, etc.)

A few years of experience in the construction / engineering industry is preferred.
