The Estancia Del Norte is seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Where you can make an impact :

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands and guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure flavor and presentation meet resort standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and specials, providing input on new dishes.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food products and reporting any shortages.
• Support kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere.
