Data Entry Clerk

MGC Contractors, Inc. is looking for a Data Entry Clerk for our Accounts Payable Department.

The Data Entry Clerk will perform a variety of accounting clerical tasks related to the maintenance of payable account records, invoices, etc.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Administer and ensure that entered items have the correct job codes.
• Maintain proper back up files for research and reference.
• Monitor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data.
• Multi-task and work under time constraints.
• Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
