McMillen, Inc. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Interns to join our team for Summer 2026 . This internship offers valuable hands-on experience supporting real-world projects in civil, geotechnical, electrical, or structural engineering . Interns will collaborate with experienced engineers and project teams, gaining both technical expertise and professional development in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
