Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5years of experience in business analysis, IAM, IT operations, or a similar function.
• Experience with technical writing and translating complex concepts into user-friendly content.
• Experience in understanding and documenting business processes in alignment with risk frameworks.
• Proficiency with Confluence or simitar collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work across functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
