Well Life Medicine, a thriving independently owned primary care and mental health clinic in Salem, Oregon, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) to join our growing, multidisciplinary care team. What You ll Do

• Provide evidence-based, relationship-centered care to patients across the lifespan (adults only is okay if you prefer)
• We typically offer 30 minute appointments, but this is flexible depending on your preference.
• Perform well visits, chronic disease management, PAPs, well-child checks, and basic in-office procedures
• Deliver urgent care and same-day visits within your panel
• Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff and psychiatric providers
• Use Athena EHR and Freed AI for efficient documentation and accurate coding
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Optional : Mentor PAs, NPs, or residents, develop new programs for our patients (non-controlled med dispensing, diabetic eye exam oversight, at-home sleep studies), or anything else you're interested in!
