Pay Rate : $45$48 per hour

Job Summary :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting job in Sedona AZ.

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop tailored therapy plans.

Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility strength and functional independence.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing care.

Document assessments progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately.

Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications :

Active Arizona Physical Therapist license.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Prior clinical experience preferred.

Strong communication assessment and patient-care skills.
