About the Role

Join our team as a Temporary Stockroom Operations Associate, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our store operations and providing exceptional customer service. In this position, you will efficiently manage freight processing, replenish inventory, and assist with various omni-channel operations.

What You'll Do

Receive and process products by unloading truck shipments and managing stockroom operations, including omni-channel fulfillment.

Replenish sales floor inventory based on sales and seasonal demands.

Engage with customers by welcoming them and offering assistance with product inquiries.

Implement product protection measures to maintain inventory security.

Assist in onboarding and training new hires on company standards, product knowledge, inventory management, and tools as directed by management.

What Skills You Have

Required

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and a keen attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

No prior retail experience necessary.

Must be at least 16 years old.

Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

Experience in retail or client-facing roles.
