We are seeking a strategic and visionary CFO to lead the financial operations of our employee-owned construction and steel manufacturing company. Specializing in structural steel and large-scale infrastructure projects, we operate nationally, driving innovation and industry growth. As we continue to expand, we need a financial leader who will shape strategy, ensure stability, and lead us into the future.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, audits, taxes, banking, insurance, and internal controls.

Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams, ensuring compliance and fiscal stability.

Work directly with project managers, clients, and vendors to optimize contract execution and financial performance.

Implement cutting-edge financial systems to enable real-time, data-driven decision-making.

Who We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in finance and accounting within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

Stable, proven leadership in financial strategy and operational management.

Expertise in budgeting, audits, tax compliance, ERP systems, and financial forecasting.

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and an ability to navigate high-stakes decision-making.

Open to experienced CFOs, or high-performing Controllers / VPs of Finance ready for their next major role.
