Summary :

The Director, IT will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all technology initiatives across the organization, with ownership of all enterprise applications and systems except NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake . This role will work in close partnership with the Business Intelligence team, which owns those platforms, to ensure seamless integration, data flow, and business process alignment across systems.

The Director, IT will also drive the transition from outsourced IT services to an in-house IT function , including assessing which services should remain outsourced versus brought in-house. In addition, this leader will evaluate, implement, and govern the responsible use of emerging technologies, including AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and generative AI applications) with input from other functional leaders.

• Serve as the primary advisor to leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and emerging trends, including artificial intelligence.
