Systems Engineer Sr Advisor - Test and Evaluation Engineer for Navy Combat Systems

Our work depends on you, as Systems Engineer Sr Advisor, joining the Navy and Marine Corps Sector to provide test and evaluation (T&E), and in-service engineering support to the U.S. Navy, and other agencies, in the areas of combat systems, unmanned systems, surface ship systems, and information systems.

What You'll Need to Succeed : Master's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant engineering and / or test and evaluation experience, OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and eighteen (18) years of relevant engineering and / or test and evaluation experience. Experience as a project team leader responsible for personnel, performance, and schedules.

Experience with the maintenance, operations and testing, of Navy combat systems or weapon systems is required in either Aegis, Sea Based Weapon Systems (formerly Ballistic Missile Defense), Ship Self Defense System

Experience with naval combat system or weapon system Test & Evaluation

Experience that demonstrates a strong understanding of naval combat system or weapon systems' functions and operations.

Experience developing Department of Defense standard documentation (i.e., test plans, test procedures, status reports, final reports).

The likely salary range for this position is $144,410 - $195,378. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
