job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage and update Inspire’s websites, ensuring seamless functionality, accuracy, and an exceptional user experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on UX / UI improvements, landing page optimization, and visual enhancements. Implement new web features, integrations, and creative design elements that support marketing and growth objectives. Produce visually compelling materials including digital ads, social media assets, presentations, event collateral, and video graphics. Support company-wide creative needs for campaigns, events, and communications. Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging design technologies to improve creative efficiency and impact. Identify and implement creative trends, tools, and best practices to keep Inspire’s visual presence modern and effective. Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure the Inspire brand is represented consistently across teams, products, and initiatives. Develop creative systems, templates, and style guides to maintain design excellence and scalability. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of professional experience in creative design, branding, or web development. Proven ability to translate brand strategy into engaging creative concepts. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software. Experience with web development platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS). Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to balance creative vision with strategic business objectives. Brand & Creative Strategy
- Develop and oversee creative concepts that align with Inspire’s mission and branding standards.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital, print, and environmental design.
- Partner with leadership to refine and evolve Inspire’s brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Conceptualize new creative strategies to expand audience engagement and brand awareness.
