Job Description : The Temporary HR Generalist will provide hands-on support to the HR team, focusing on recruiting coordination, benefits administration during open enrollment, and general administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Post open positions and assist with interview scheduling and coordination.
• Develop and maintain interview rubrics and related hiring materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to open enrollment and benefits.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management and data entry.
• Assist with employee communications and follow-up to ensure timely resolution of HR inquiries.
