Job Title : Oracle PL / SQL Developer

Location : Plano, TX

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Developer to support the design and implementation of data load and transformation processes, workflow mappings, data analytics, and / or end-user reporting, per project scope. This role involves working as part of an Agile scrum team on a Pega BPM platform with an underlying Oracle database.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong data analytical skills for data stored in Oracle / SQL Server.
7 years' experience in PL / SQL.
Hands-on shell scripting experience.
Unix / Linux experience.
Strong knowledge of data management concepts, including database structure, and proficiency with Oracle SQL and other standard database query tools.
Experience in data analysis and data mapping techniques.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Business Intelligence, including data architecture, entity relationship planning, dimensional modeling, ETL, OLAP, and analytical reporting.

Experience in ETL Informatica and database development (Oracle / SQL Server).

Experience in Trading / Banking technology.

Experience in Compliance / Independent Testing area.

Data Warehouse experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate and guide offshore development team members.

Engage in interactions with onsite leadership and developers, leveraging a strong technical background.

Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistent implementation of the data model.
