What You'll Be Doing :

• Prepare and review complex individual and corporate tax returns
• Provide final review and approval of returns (excluding highly specialized matters)
• Guide and mentor tax staff, seniors, and supervisors
• Conduct advanced tax research and support complex planning scenarios
• Support and lead client meetings alongside audit / accounting teams
• Manage tax projections and planning for a range of client types
• Analyze and respond to IRS notices and represent clients when needed
• Oversee tax return workflow and ensure timely delivery
• Serve as primary client contact for smaller engagements
• Participate in billing and fee discussions for select clients
• Train and develop team members, both technically and professionally
• Contribute to firm-wide strategy, innovation, and process improvement
• Participate in recruiting, mentoring, and firm visibility initiatives
