Call Center Specialist

A company is looking for a Call Center Relationship Specialist to provide customer service to members via telephone and written correspondence. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service to members Cross-sell Credit Union products and services Support a sales and service environment aligned with the organization's mission and values Required Qualifications High school diploma required; some college preferred 1-3 years of sales and service experience, preferably in a call center Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive keystrokes
