About The Position

ID : 56097032 Shift : 8H Day Description : Requisition Comments and Review Case Manager, 9 / 19 start. 28 bed unit patient ratio 1 : 22. - Minimum 3 years clinical experience required. CCM or ACM Preferred. Epic experience preferred. Shift : 8a-4 : 30p.Initial reviews and continued stay reviews. Time off requests must be kept to a minimum during your assignment and must be approved prior to confirmation. Rotating weekends one weekend every 5 week. Will not work major holidays and will rotate minor holidays. Mandatory Overtime : During Personnel s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit. Float : Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel s clinical competence.Float Required : NoCertifications : BLS Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 91
