Answer and direct phone inquiries. Collect and distribute mail. Order and maintain office supplies. Scan and process invoices. Assist with calendar management and FSM Accounts Payable duties as needed. Minimum of five years of relevant administrative experience. Experience with bill processing, financial management, or familiarity with financial management software (particularly IMPAK). High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications such as eBuilder. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Proven collaboration skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
