job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead and support propane operations across Texas from the Addison office Plan and coordinate field operations to meet business objectives and service timelines Maintain consistent communication with field personnel, senior management, and customers Track operational performance and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements Oversee yard and shop organization in line with company standards Collaborate with HR, DOT, and Safety departments to implement compliance programs, resolve employee issues, and support disciplinary processes Address operational challenges including driver delays, missing BOLs, and customer service concerns Recommend process improvements related to technology, logistics, and systems Serve as the main liaison between corporate leadership and field operations Proven experience in operations management , logistics , or propane / oil field services Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage teams, schedules, and operational priorities Familiar with DOT compliance , safety protocols , and industry regulations Proficient in Microsoft 365 and capable of navigating operational software platforms to support logistics, compliance, and team coordination. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment

Butch’s Propane is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our remote propane operations from our office in Addison, Texas . This is a critical in-office leadership role responsible for driving field coordination, cross-departmental communication, and operational efficiency across divisions in multiple states.
