Floating Assistant Community Manager

Qualifications :

• Prior property management / leasing experience with  100 units  -  Required
• Reliable method of transportation. -  Required
• Knowledge of Property Management software : Yardi  - Preferred
• Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs : Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Additional Information :

Multiple sites in the Oregon Area - Portland / Salem

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Monday - Friday (8am-5pm); weekends as needed.
