Aegis is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor for a client in Chicago. The ideal candidate has the below experience and qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience working as a maintenance supervisor
- Steel manufacturing background- this is going to be most ideal. However, we can send heavy industry. (machine shops, equipment manufacturers, etc). please avoid food / beverage and similar consumer goods.
- Experience working with heavy equipment- cranes, cnc machines, saws, ovens, etc.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience with pumps, valves, and cylinders
- Able to work in a hot environment
- Experience working in a union environment
- CMMS upgrade experience
- Leadership- experience managing at least a team of 1 person.
- Able to get their hands dirty and assist mechanics or electricians.
