We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Community Liaison (Marketer) to join our team in the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex, TX area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating referrals and admissions for home health services.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources in the community.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase referrals and admissions.

Educate referral sources on the benefits of home health services and our agency's capabilities.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition of care for patients.

Track and report on referral and admission activity to management.

Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales / marketing, preferably in home health.

Proven track record of success in generating referrals and admissions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
