Head Strength & Conditioning Coach – Elite Fitness Facility

We are looking for an elite Strength & Conditioning Coach who thrives on the turf and is ready to support every athlete—whether it’s a high school hopeful, a college-bound star, a professional athlete, a 40-year-old mom aiming for peak fitness, or a young athlete training for the first time.

COACHING
Our athletes range widely in age and ability, and we’re looking for a coach who can jump in on day one, ready to work with any client. From group classes to 1-on-1 personal training sessions, we train athletes of all levels and backgrounds. You must have a deep love for coaching and respect for each individual’s journey.
TEAM PLAYER
This is a team-first environment. Coaches don’t “pick” their clients; every coach must be prepared to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels in various formats, from group sessions to individual training.
Job Duties for Head Coach
Oversee and ensure all functions of the coaching team meet facility standards
Develop and uphold a coaching culture that aligns with our mission and values
Mentor and support other coaches to elevate team performance
Program training sessions, both group and individual, for a variety of athletic levels
Foster an environment of growth, motivation, and excellence
Drive growth by actively engaging in community outreach and prospecting for new clientele
Sales, Prospecting & Clientele Building
As a Head Coach, you’ll also play an essential role in driving the growth of the facility by actively prospecting and building a strong client base. This includes :
Networking : Engaging with local sports teams, schools, clubs, and community organizations to introduce our programs and establish partnerships. Representing the facility at sports events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to attract potential clients.
Client Retention & Referrals : Providing a world-class experience that not only retains clients but also encourages them to refer friends, teammates, and family members.
Sales & Upselling : Promoting our full range of services to both new and existing clients, including group training, 1-on-1 sessions, and specialty programs.
Outreach Campaigns : Developing and executing outreach campaigns that attract a diverse clientele, from young athletes to adults looking to improve their fitness.
A Day in the Life of a Head Coach
Morning Kickoff : Arrive at a state-of-the-art facility equipped with top-tier equipment, including an indoor turf field. You’re ready to help athletes reach their goals.
Team Check-In : Connect with a high-energy, performance-driven team. Review the day’s schedule, set coaching goals, and prepare for a successful day.
Coaching Adult Classes : Lead a class of 10–24 adults (ages 18–60), organize the workout, keep energy high, and ensure each participant leaves feeling accomplished.
1-on-1 Sessions : Work with clients ranging from youth beginners to competitive athletes preparing for collegiate or professional levels.
Youth Classes : Lead scholastic training sessions, fostering development, discipline, and confidence in younger athletes.
End-of-Day Wins : Celebrate client success stories, reinforcing the impact of your coaching on their fitness journey.
Qualifications
5+ years of coaching experience
Desire to be the best coach on staff
Extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning
Ability to program for 1-on-1 clients and group sessions
Positive, energetic personality with a “can-do” attitude
