Job summary : This high-impact role involves managing strategic partnerships and cultivating relationships within the workers' compensation account management field, promoting Upstream Rehabilitation's brands and exceptional clinicians to expand business growth. You will directly contribute to providing injured clients across the state with timely and effective care.

Responsibilities :

• Manage operations for respective territory.
• Engage in 40 calls a week with potential referral sources.
• Participate in monthly Workers' Compensation Committee meetings.
• Identify and execute trade show opportunities.
• Develop and contribute to marketing collateral.
• Engage in community and corporate events.
• Respond to emails and phone messages within 48 hours.
• Facilitate connections between referral sources and field operations.
• Perform duties as assigned.
