Overview :

We are partnering with a thriving multi-location personal injury law firm seeking a Spanish-English bilingual attorney to join their legal team in Charlotte NC. The firm is experiencing substantial growth and offers a dynamic work environment with a strong support system and clear opportunities for advancement.

This role is ideal for attorneys with prior personal injury experience who thrive in a client-centered high-volume setting. Youll be joining a firm that values collaboration professional development and effective case outcomes. Travel and occasional court appearances may be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients adjusters and medical providers.
• Draft and review negotiation packages and settlement agreements.
• Handle lien resolution subrogation claims and disbursements.
• Supervise a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff.
• Participate in business development efforts to expand the client base.

This role can be based in Charlotte NC with relocation support available. Other satellite offices may be considered for the right candidate ( Jacksonville Fayetteville or Chesapeake )
