We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our appliance repair company. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, scheduling appointments, and dispatching. On-the-job training is available for the right candidate. The hours of work are Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments for technicians to perform repairs
- Dispatch technicians to job sites
- Look up parts information for customers and technicians
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Accurately record and maintain customer information and appointment details
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and standards
Requirements :
Strong customer service and communication skillsExperience in scheduling appointments and dispatching (preferred but not required)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsBasic computer skills, including experience with customer service software (preferred but not required)Wage Range : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
