Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $514,000 + productivity (flexibility to adjust in association with the ideal perm candidate)

Sign on bonus : $51,400

ENT / Otolaryngologist Benefits and Features

ENT / Otolaryngologist Role with the Company

Clinic volume : 20-30 patients / day

Clinic hours : Monday Friday (8am-5pm)

Clinic schedule : 3 clinic days; 1 surgery day; 1 admin day / day off

Required call is 1 : 3 weekdays, 1 : 4 weekends

Level III trauma center

Clinic Staff

1 FT ENT, 1 PT ENT, 1 Weekend Call Coverage ENT (not including retiring ENT)

1 FT Nurse Practitioner
