Mitigation Technician

Job Overview : Our Albuquerque client in the restoration industry is seeking to add a NEW Mitigation Technician to their team. Join an industry-leading restoration team and make a meaningful impact in helping families and businesses recover after water fire and mold-related disasters. As a Mitigation Technician you will support emergency response efforts deliver high-quality restoration services and maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

This is a Direct Hire

What you will be doing as a Mitigation Technician

• Perform water extraction structural drying mold remediation and fire damage restoration.
• Assess damage levels and assist in developing effective mitigation plans.
• Operate specialized equipment including dehumidifiers air movers and cleaning / sanitizing tools.
• Document job progress complete required paperwork and maintain accurate project records.
• Communicate clearly with clients team members and supervisors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry and IICRC standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on restoration techniques and best practices.
• Support inventory management equipment cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
